The Risk Management Department at Consolidated Personnel Services is your resource for assistance with accident and cost reduction, safety program development & training, OSHA compliance, or simply ideas/materials on training for your employees (materials and training assistance are available in both English and Spanish)

First Things First:

To get you set up with workers' compensation coverage for your employees, we will:

  • Work closely with you to ensure that your business is properly classified according to the NCCI Scopes Manual and the carrier guidelines
  • Pay the up front deposit and bind the policy
  • Assist you with any Owner Controlled Insurance Projects (OCIP) if applicable
  • Reconcile all bills, provide the reporting and pay all the premiums as long as you are a client of Consolidated Personnel Services

Here are just a few examples of some of the things CPS has done for our clients:

  • Job-site and operation surveys, including a letter with specific recommendations
  • Identification of accident trends, causes and controls
  • Supervisory training and (some) staff training
  • OSHA Compliance assistance
  • Safety resources and materials - English and Spanish
  • Experience modifier review and projection - helpful for bids and job costing
  • Workers' compensation classifications and class codes
