Welcome to Consolidated Personnel Services
Commemorating 25 Years of Service to The Arizona Business Community Since 1993, Consolidated Personnel Services is an Arizona owned and operated, full service Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
We Promote our USA Method of business growth:
- Unify all your resources under one company
- Simplify your employee administration & HR functions
- Amplify your bottom line
The Professional Employer Organization Concept (PEO) Also referred to as Employee Leasing, the PEO concept is based on the PEO processing your payroll under their Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). By doing this, the PEO is recognized by the IRS, workers’ compensation carriers and benefits providers, as the liable employer of record, or offsite administrative employer, for these administrative functions and benefits.
This “shared employer” relationship, not only benefits a business owner by allowing you to transfer the responsibility of all these functions to just one company, it allows you to transfer the liability as well. Your company maintains the responsibility and liability for the onsite, face-to-face functions; hiring/firing, policy & procedure, supervision and overall direction and control of your business, which is the revenue side of the business.
Employees are a company’s greatest asset, as well as its greatest liability. A PEO, like Consolidated Personnel Services, allows you to keep the asset while transferring much of the liability.
We are a small non-profit company focused on improving the lives of children with pediatric feeding disorders, it is a tall order but we are committed to our mission. To achieve our goal, we have increased our staff significantly over the last year.
CPS has been with us every step of the way, streamlining our payroll functions, improving our human resource policies & procedures and providing our team members with answers to their benefit questions. They are truly a partner in our journey to helping children with pediatric feeding disorders thrive.Craig
What is the most important criteria in choosing a PEO for your business?
- Are they doing what they say they will do?
- Are they reporting & paying taxes and complying with federal and state payroll tax regulations?
- Are they paying medical and workers’ compensation premiums, 401K deductions, other fringe benefit premiums and compliance?
At Consolidated Personnel Services, we voluntarily retain an independent CPA firm to verify that payroll tax liabilities are paid in accordance with Federal and State statutes.
Additionally, We have a separate annual comprehensive audit of our 401K plan.

In the past 5 years I have been with multiple payroll companies, and for the last year I have been with Consolidated Personnel Services. CPS made my switch over to their company very painless and have been doing a great job since day 1.
I was with larger companies and had felt that I was not important.
CPS always makes me feel like I am important, and when I have an issue with payroll (usually my fault), or any other part of my daily running of my company, they are there. My drivers have also been taking advantage of the chance to get health insurance. I am not a large company, but have enjoyed the chance to offer reasonable benefits to my workers.Vinny
